These Terms cover the PRTL website at prtlhome.com and the email list you can join from it. Using the site means you accept them. PRTL turns a wall-mounted display into a calendar, a weather readout, a stock ticker, or a rotating art frame, controlled from your phone. None of that is on sale yet, and this page is about the website.

1.What these terms cover

They cover this website and the email list. They do not cover the PRTL mobile app, and they do not cover a purchase: nothing on this site can be bought today. If and when reservations open, the terms of that transaction will be shown at the point of sale, and they will govern it rather than this page.

2.The waitlist

Every form on this site adds your email to the same list. We use it to tell you about product updates, early access, and availability.

Joining the list is not a reservation. It does not hold a unit, does not lock a price, and does not commit us to a launch date or to launching at all.

Ask to come off the list at any time and we will take you off. One email to [email protected] is enough.

3.Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the site.
Do not submit automated or fraudulent signups, or an address that is not yours.
Do not scrape the site to republish it as your own.

4.Disclaimers

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

PRTL is pre-launch. No frames have been manufactured, so every frame image on this site is a concept render rather than a product photo, and anything described as planned may change or may not ship. Where the site names a competitor's price, that price is quoted from a public listing on the date shown and is theirs, not ours.

5.Changes

If we change these Terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the current version.
