About PRTL
PRTL is a wall frame that does the jobs people currently split across separate gadgets and apps: a framed calendar, a weather readout, a stock ticker, rotating art and posters. Each job is a mode, and you choose what the frame shows from a phone app. The plan is no subscription for the basics: the live-data modes, your own photos and a baseline art library stay free, and only unlimited AI art generation is paid. PRTL is pre-launch. It has no customers, no reviews and no sales yet.
What is real today
- A working phone app. It is not in the App Store or Google Play yet.
- A cloud backend on Google Cloud that generates and draws the content for each mode, including calendar, weather, stocks, clock, sunrise, countdown, prayer times, flights, sports scores, transit, traffic, maps, and several art and poster modes.
- Software for the frame that runs on a stand-in wall tablet today and shows whatever the phone applies.
What is not real yet
- The frame itself. No units have been manufactured. Any frame image on this site is a concept render, not a product photo.
- A price. The LCD frame is targeting around $299, which is not final until a manufacturing partner is locked in.
- Buying one. Nothing on this site can be bought. The only thing to do today is join the waitlist.
- Scheduled switching. A frame shows what you last applied. Switching modes on a schedule by itself is in development.

Product photos
There are none yet, because no frame has been built. We would rather send you nothing than a render dressed up as a photo. Email us if a concept render with a clear label would help.
